Office Policy Updates

We here at Tiek Dental Studio wanted to keep you up to date with our current policies and recommendations for you as our patients.

  1. We carefully monitor and adjust our scheduling as the local area health risk assessment changes. We understand and apologize that this could cause some delay for your routine care, and we will do our very best to accommodate as many people as possible, as safety and recommendations allow.
  2. As always, we follow strict infection control guidelines set out for us by the CDC as well as OSHA. This will continue regardless of any kind of medical or physical threat. We use the CDC and state recommended PPE (personal protective equipment), sterilize all of our instruments per OSHA standards, and keep our office and treatment rooms thoroughly clean and disinfected with medical grade disinfectant.
  3. We have medical grade air purifiers in every treatment room, and also the lobby. Our treatment rooms also have doors for isolation when needed. In addition, we use extra level precautions and dental devices to remove aerosols during procedures that create them. In addition, we fog the entire office at the end of each workday with organic aerosol disinfectant.
  4. At this time, masks are optional in our office. If you would like to wear a mask and do not have one, we will supply you with one.
  5. If you are currently experiencing illness symptoms (fever, chills, coughing/sneezing, or nausea) please stay home and we will be happy to reschedule you as soon as possible when you are well.
  6. We have implemented software that allows you to fill out all of our paperwork on your own electronic devices. However, please keep your hands clean by either using hand sanitizer or washing your hands at one of our sinks.

We thank you for your patience, consideration and participation in these office polices during this time. We wish you all the best of safety and good health!
